STEP ASEAN Dialogue 2026

Shearn Delamore & Co. is pleased to announce that our Partner, Yee Mei Ken, has been invited to speak at the upcoming STEP ASEAN Dialogue 2026, organised by STEP Malaysia and STEP Singapore.

The Dialogue, titled “The Form and Substance of Wealth Planning Structures: The Tangibles & Intangibles”, brings together leading practitioners from across ASEAN to explore evolving trends in wealth planning, estate structuring, and cross-border considerations.

Recognised for his extensive experience advising private clients and families on complex trust, estate, and cross-border disputes, Yee Mei Ken will be speaking at Panel Session 4: Cross Border Families in ASEAN – Solving the Puzzle (2:15 PM), where he will share insights on the legal and practical challenges arising from cross-border wealth, including dispute resolution, trust structures, estate planning, and multi-jurisdictional wealth management.

This session is particularly pertinent in light of the increasing mobility of families and the transfer of generational wealth within ASEAN, and the evolving interplay of legal, regulatory, and cultural frameworks across jurisdictions.
