Our aviation team is experienced in regulatory and compliance advisory as well as aviation disputes. We work with industry participants on managing airport operations and establishing airline operations. Our team is familiar with investigative processes for airline accidents. We were involved in several high profile aviation disputes. Amongst others, we led the arguments in establishing the application of the Warsaw Convention in the Malaysian framework in the landmark decision of the Court of Appeal, sitting as apex Court, in All Nippon Airways Co Ltd v Tokai Marine & Trading. We were also involved in disputes arising from the MH370 and MH17 incidents. We are regular contributors of the Malaysian chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Air Transport.
