On 1 October 2025, Shearn Delamore & Co. was honoured to co-host alongside the International Insolvency Institute (III) an insightful evening of knowledge exchange and practical takeaways at the AIAC Auditorium.

The conference, themed “All the World’s a Court: Protocols for Insolvency’s Next Act” and “Much Ado About the Model Law – Perennially Litigated Issues”, featured discussions by judges, practitioners, and industry experts on insolvency, restructuring, and cross-border recovery.

We are grateful to our speakers, namely Eddie Goh (Deloitte), Lim Litt (Baker Tilly), Alex Chiang (Rodgers Reidy), Surendran Seelan FCA (PwC), Tuan Suhendran Saheran (Judicial Commissioner, Kuala Lumpur High Court), Justice Aidan Xu (Singapore High Court), Mark Bloom (Partner, Baker McKenzie USA and Chairman, International Insolvency Institute), Andrew Chan (Partner, Allen & Gledhill LLP Singapore), and Lok Chan Ho (Des Voeux Chambers, Hong Kong), for sharing their perspectives. Their insights shaped the discussions on cross-border insolvency, judicial cooperation, and restructuring practices, providing relevant takeaways for both practitioners and clients.
