On 5 June 2026, Shearn Delamore & Co. hosted a roundtable discussion, Employment Law Issues Across Borders – Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand, at our office in Kuala Lumpur.
The event brought together employment law practitioners and professionals from across the region to discuss the latest developments in employment law and the evolving landscape of cross-border workplace investigations in the Asia Pacific.
The session was moderated by Raymond Low, Partner at Shearn Delamore & Co., and featured the following panellists, who are members of the Employment Law Alliance (ELA):
