IPBA Annual Conference 2026

We are pleased to share that our Partners, Shanti Mogan, Dhinesh Bhaskaran, and Wai Fong Lai, attended the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Annual Conference 2026, held in New Delhi, India, from 25 to 28 February 2026.

The conference brought together legal professionals from around the world to discuss legal developments and foster international collaboration across jurisdictions.

As part of the conference programme, our Partner Wai Fong Lai organised and moderated the panel on ‘Aviation Hub : Risky Business or Growing Opportunities’ as the Chair of the Aviation & Aerospace Committee and spoke on the panel on ‘Navigating Space and Aviation Disputes’ co-organised by the Aviation & Aerospace Committee and the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee. The discussions focused on key developments in the aviation and aerospace sector across the Asia Pacific, including regulatory framework, industry disputes and cross-border industry impacts.

It was an opportunity to exchange insights and contribute to discussions shaping industry trends and the future of international law.
