Friday Get Together 2026
An evening of celebration and shared milestones
On 8 May 2026, Shearn Delamore & Co. held our Friday Get Together, continuing the Firm's long-standing Firm tradition of bringing colleagues together to take a pause from work and to connect with one another.
Last Friday’s Get Together was made all the more meaningful as we celebrated several major achievements by our lawyers and the firm, namely:
- Our firm’s recent recognition as the Malaysia Law Firm of the Year by The Legal 500 Southeast Asia Awards
- Our Managing Partner, Rodney Gomez, who was named the Managing Partner of the Year by The Legal 500 Southeast Asia Awards
- Our Associate, Jeevitha Thurai who was named the Associate of the Year (Antitrust and Competition) by The Legal 500 Southeast Asia Awards
- Our Partner, Anand Raj on his appointment as the President of the Malaysian Bar Council for the term 2026/2027
- The birthday of our Partner, Dhinesh Bhaskaran
Celebrations of this nature are reminders of how every accomplishment is a testament to the enduring and collective dedication shown by the lawyers and staff of the firm.
