Financial Services Update: Consumer Credit laws
Royal Assent has been granted to the Consumer Credit Bill 2025 on 22 December 2025 and gazetted on 31 December 2025.
The Consumer Credit Act 2025 will come into operation on a date or dates appointed by the Minister of Finance by notification in the Gazette (none as of the date of this alert).
