Our values
As one of the largest legal services providers in Malaysia, Shearn Delamore & Co. is not only defined by the excellent services that we provide but also by the values we share and the social responsibilities we embrace.

Our people
Here comes the WSF Club. It is about championing kindness, diversity and inclusivity in legal practice and our corporate social responsibility. The club is named in memory of our late senior partner, Mr. Wong Sai Fong (WSF). Mr. Wong epitomised these values in his life whilst he also excelled as a lawyer.

The environment and sustainability
Shearn Delamore & Co. is committed to maintaining our awareness on Environmental Social Governance. From keeping eco-friendly practices to implementing positive strategies within the firm, we are determined to minimise the negative impacts on the environment. As businesses move toward digital transformation, we have also implemented policies to effectively manage paper usage, waste minimisation through awareness and education programmes as well as inculcating energy-saving habits in our daily business operations.

Our commitment
Our past and ongoing initiatives include our annual Blood Donation Drive with the support of the National Blood Bank, our consistent participation in the Kechara Soup Kitchen’s food bank programme where we help to distribute food items to the needy urban residents or households, sponsorship of the Newspaper-In-Education (NIE) programme for schools organised by The Star Publications (Malaysia) Berhad, as well as contributions to various bodies including the Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) Foundation, Hospis Malaysia and National Autism Society of Malaysia through our annual participation in the Standard Chartered Bank KL Marathon’s Corporate Challenge.

All our initiatives are well received and supported by our employees. We are proud and committed to engaging with the community on various levels that we hope would have a relevant and overall positive impact on our society and environment.

Do good. Do better.
