The inaugural edition of Law and Practice of Corporate Insolvency in Malaysia published by Sweet and Maxwell with our Mr. Rabindra Nathan as the General Editor was launched last Friday.
This book, a pioneering and collaborative effort by a group of experienced legal practitioners and accountants, provides legal and practical guidance on the issues of corporate insolvency in Malaysia.
The book launch event was celebrated in the presence of esteemed guests comprising of Judges, lawyers and accountants, and was officiated by Federal Court Judge, Justice Datuk Nallini Pathmanathan.
