Our Arbitration and Adjudication Seminar Series 2019 took place on 18 April 2019 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). We were honoured to have guest speakers from AIAC Ilia Putilin (Deputy Head of Legal Services) and SIAC Angela Yap (Associate Counsel) to share with our participants the benefits of institutional arbitration. From the firm, we have Lilien Wong who moderated the seminar. Rodney Gomez, our Head of Engineering & Construction gave the opening speech.
Our Head of the Arbitration & Mediation Practice Group, Shanti Mogan, spoke on the recent developments and our Partner, Alexius Lee, shared his experience on disputes relating to statutory adjudication. The event ended with the closing speech from our Managing Partner Dhinesh Bhaskaran followed by a networking session. It was well received and we would like to thank our clients for their support.
