Her area of practice consists of, amongst others, contentious and non-contentious banking and insolvency matters.  She is regularly engaged to act for and also defend banks in claims ranging from enforcement of loan/security documents to compliance of banking practices and regulations. She is also experienced in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes including matters relating to companies, asset and debt recovery, breach of contract, tort, breach of confidentiality, fraud and forgery, landlord and tenancy and other land related disputes.
